Xpandeo Terms of Service

Understand your responsibilities when using Xpandeo alongside TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube OAuth integrations.

1. Acceptance

By accessing Xpandeo you agree to these Terms and confirm you have authority to connect and manage the social accounts authorised through our OAuth flows. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account & Security

  • Safeguard your Xpandeo login credentials and connected sessions.
  • Only link accounts where you hold adequate publishing rights or consent.
  • Report suspected unauthorised access to team@xpandeo.com immediately.

3. Platform Policies

Xpandeo mirrors native publishing experiences and respects each platform's developer policies. You are responsible for complying with those rules at all times.

TikTok

Use TikTok Login Kit responsibly and adhere to TikTok's Terms of Service and community guidelines when scheduling or publishing content.

Instagram

Follow the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram Graph API requirements, particularly when handling analytics or user-generated media.

YouTube

Usage is subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines. Revoking access from Google disables Xpandeo automations tied to the affected channel.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the assets uploaded to Xpandeo. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to process, transcode, and deliver your media to the connected platforms you select.

Ensure all uploads comply with copyright laws and the destination platform's rules. Xpandeo may disable or remove content reported as infringing or abusive.

5. Termination

  • You may disconnect integrations or close your Xpandeo account at any time.
  • Xpandeo may suspend access if activity violates these Terms or partner policies.
  • Upon termination we delete OAuth tokens and schedule media removal within 30 days unless law requires longer retention.
